Solving real emission problems
What it does
Finds the most optimal meeting spot based on emissions to get there using google maps api to verify the path exists, it takes into account travel by flight, public transit as also by car.
How we built it
We strung together API calls to make it work, used longtitude and latitude for calculations as also getting "on the road" distance from google.
Challenges we ran into
Not enough time for front end.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Logic of the back end and the fact it contains 5000+ airports all working as global transport nodes.
What we learned
How to use google apis and that they're pretty easy to implement.
