I used (before COVID) to go by bicycle to work and i see 95% of cars goes only the driver in their daily journey to work.

Going by bike allow you to think, and I realize that using open apps for carpooling / car sharing (e.g. www.blablacar.es or www.amovens.com). If we were able to promote publishing of daily journeys millions of people could find and establish durable relationships to share cars.

So we have in Europe very good carpooling apps, there is no meaning to create a new one. We need to boost the usage in this daily scenario. So we need to build the ecosystems where companies and workers in a business area can meet and organize publishing journeys campaigns in order the people using already existent apps (BlaBlaCar or amovens) to find people with the same itinerary and calendar.

I am promoting a trial / pilot with companies in the Manoteras business area of Madrid where 30.000 workers before COVID19 daily move in to work.

The next step after COVID19 is to run a trial, a pilot and to support this with a MVP, a basic web tools to organize companies, workers and campaigns.

Travel eCOOsystems – The platform to support a travel ecosystem for daily home to work journeys. Promotion tool to boost a cultural change. And to create and manage ecosystem of companies located in the same business area to boost mutualization of transport solution, starting promoting the carpooling within business area instead of company.

To increase the car sharing / carpooling in the daily commute it is necessary to create a COOperative ecosystem for travel, from now on Travel eCOOsystems to create and manage the enouhgth critical mass of people with similar itineraries in their daily home to work journey, in order they can find and agree car sharing.

The project focus is a platform where companies and workers can subscribe and create business area Travel eCOOsystems to promote inter-company car sharing increasing exponentially options to find car sharing people, and in a second phase to organize bus lines to serve all the business area Travel eCOOsystems.

There are already very successful apps for car sharing in Europe (e.g. www.blablacar.es or www.amovens.com),So what we need is a platform to promote the usage in a coordinated way by companies and workers in big business areas to boost usage and cultural change.
