Travel Chart

Travel chart is inspired by my own experiences traveling with disabilities. In case of an emergency and I need to go go to a hospital, the hospital has no information on me. It’s very scary to be a place you don’t know being sick and not having the medical staff know you. It makes people more anxious traveling. This app can put more peace of mind for those with health issues as well as their caretakers and others in their travel party, by giving medical providers a overlook of their health conditions and history in order to provide the best possible care.

This is done by: -Providing a scannable personal medical ID card that can upload information to a health care provider's systems as well as can see crucial information at a glance. -Call emergency services in case of an emergency and send dispatchers your location. -Show hospitals and clinics near by for emergency visits. -Translation services that are crucial to providing accurate and effective healthcare in locations where the patient does not speak the language. -Community meet-ups to provide accessible and accommodating events across the globe and strengthen the bonds of the disabled community.

This was built on figma. It was quite challenging because I haven't really used figma before. However, I am proud of what I came up with in so little time. I learned that details are just as important as the big picture.

I hope to make Travel Chart a fully functional app one day!
