Inspiration

Interacting with customers is lot of time consuming task. It can be automated and save lot of time and increase the customer satisfaction by using new technologies.

What it does

This application implements a virtual agent powered by DialogFlow to interact with customers.

How we built it

Frontend build with React framework. Backend functions developed by using Node.js. Google Cloud Platform DialogFlow used to build the virtual agent.

Challenges we ran into

Build customer intent lists for the virtual agent.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Build a virtual agent that able to completely automate the process of booking a hotel.

What we learned

Learned how DialogFlow works and make payments with Hedera Hashgraph.

Add a recommendation engine powered by an artificial intelegent.
