People need a single, flexible workspace for notes, tasks, content templates, and visual planning (vision boards, kanban, itineraries, mood boards) without being forced into rigid folder structures or bloated features. Notable was built to provide a minimalist, editorial-style tool where users can organize freely and optionally share public notes and templates.

The rich template system: 16 starter templates (Task Management, OKR Tracker, Travel Itinerary, etc.) with real rich text content (tables, Kanban layouts, color-coded sections, progress indicators) plus a full marketplace for community-published templates, including preview, usage tracking, and one-click “use template” to create a new note.
