TransLyric

We created a website that translates song lyrics into phonetic sounds. The process involves converting text to IPA then mapping IPA symbols to corresponding audio.

Project Goals

This project allows users to input song lyrics in a specified language and generate the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) as well as an audio file with the pronunciation. This allows users to learn proper pronunciation of words/lyrics in other languages.

What's next for TransLyric

I think it would be really cool to make the voice less robotic and slower which would be better done with using something like IBM's Watson the rest is in our github read me!!!
