This project is inspired by the vision of building a Viksit Bharat 2047 and creating future-ready smart cities using Artificial Intelligence. It was developed as part of the YUVAi – Global Youth Challenge under India AI Impact Summit 2026. The growing challenges in urban infrastructure like traffic, pollution, and inefficient systems motivated this idea

This project proposes an AI-Powered Smart City Ecosystem where all major systems are automated using AI, Robotics, and IoT. It includes intelligent traffic control, AI-based infrastructure, robotic operations, drone transportation, smart policing, and climate monitoring systems.

This is a concept-based project. The idea was designed by combining knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, and smart infrastructure systems. The structure is based on real-world problems and future possibilities of AI-driven governance.

The main challenge was designing a large-scale system that integrates multiple technologies like AI, robotics, and automation into one unified smart city ecosystem. Understanding practical implementation at a national level was also challenging.

Through this project, I learned how AI can be used to solve real-world urban problems and improve governance systems. I also gained a deeper understanding of smart cities, automation, and future technologies.

This project envisions creating the world’s first AI-powered nation-scale smart city, making India a global leader in intelligent urban ecosystems and supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
