Inspiration
This project aims to address the healthcare disparities among trans people in regards to access to healthcare professionals. By providing a platform to archive reviews and experiences, this project can help other trans people find the best ways to receive affirming care.
What it does
TransCareConnect is a platform to allow trans youth to connect with trans adults to receive mentorship on navigating their identities and medical spaces. Adults can leave reviews about medical care they've experienced in their area and write about their journeys and anecdotes, with the ability to be able to be contacted by viewers.
How we built it
Built by Amy, Tiya, Alik, and Sydney at QWER Hacks 2023 on replit in HTML. Thank you Fiona and all mentors for all your help!

We're proud of how much we learned this weekend!! This whole project was a process on overcoming challenges and working around errors.

We all learned more about HTML and CSS as we have not worked on any projects with it before.
