Tralalero Boom – Music Video (Experimental / Open)
Inspiration
Tralalero Boom came from one simple idea: What if those cute, chaotic cartoon characters kids love suddenly popped out of the screen and became real people who start dancing like crazy?
I wanted the MV to feel fun, weird, a bit surreal, and full of that internet “brainrot energy.” No deep storyline—just pure vibes, movement, and playful chaos powered by AI.
What it does
This MV mixes fast, glitchy visuals with AI-made characters, dancing humans, and the iconic nonsense hook “tralalero boom.”
I used:
- CapCut Pro for editing, lip-sync, and all the quick cuts
- Gemini Pro for helping shape the concept and the playful lines
- Gemini Nanobanana for designing the cartoon-to-human characters
- Google Flow VEO to turn still images into mini animated scenes
- Kling AI Pro for extra shots and lip-sync
- Suno Pro for the vocals and the chaotic “boom / tralala” parts
The whole video feels like a cartoon world glitching into real life.
How we built it
- Audio & Vocals
- Created the hook using nonsense sounds
- Used Suno to generate the vocals and picked the most energetic take
- Characters & Scenes
- Designed the cartoon characters and their “human versions” with Nanobanana
- Turned static concepts into moving shots using VEO
- Added extra movement and lip-sync using Kling
- Final Edit
- Cut everything together in CapCut
- Synced all visuals to the beat and repeated hook
- Tweaked colors, effects, transitions to give it that weird/fun vibe
Challenges we ran into
- Keeping the cartoon and human versions consistent across scenes
- Lip-syncing nonsense syllables like “tralalero”
- Budget limits (Pro points) causing lower resolution or small glitches
- Making chaotic visuals feel fun instead of messy
Accomplishments we're proud of
- Built a full AI-assisted “weird meme energy” MV that feels alive and fun
- Turned random cartoon characters into humans that actually dance
- Made something experimental but still easy to enjoy
- Managed to keep a consistent vibe even with limited resources
What we learned
- AI is amazing at weird ideas, but you still need to steer the ship
- Consistency takes planning, especially when characters appear in different forms
- Even nonsense-based music benefits from rhythm, pacing, and a clear mood
What’s next for *Tralalero Boom*
- More surreal characters “escaping the screen”
- Higher-quality animations and smoother transitions
- Maybe a whole series of cartoon-to-human dance MVs
- Exploring a bigger “Tralalero universe”
