How I built it

Establishing a new position called Training Development Coordinator

Funding, resistance to creating a new position

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

The poster, the team will take ideas shared and implement them in their offices even if the entire idea does not get implemented.

What I learned

Lack of training is a problem across all organizations/offices for all staff members, attorneys, paralegals, administrative support, etc.

What's next for Training Development Coordinator

To meet with all the employees in an organization to assess their skill level and to develop a plan to assist them in becoming the best employee they can be.

TDC: Investing in professional development will create the next generation of leaders across all positions in our organization so that everyone is practicing to the top of their ability and or license working smarter not harder.
