As a DTU student, I’ve seen friends struggle to navigate placements juggling WhatsApp groups, unverified information, and last-minute prep stress. Many talented students miss opportunities not due to lack of ability, but lack of structured guidance and visibility. Watching peers struggle to build resumes, find resources, track company criteria, and prepare for interviews sparked a thought: what if we had one platform that simplified everything and made placement prep smarter, fair, and accessible? That inspired me to build an AI-driven Training & Placement portal not just as a tool, but as a support system that guides every student from confusion to confidence, and ensures no potential goes unnoticed.
