Inspiration

We noticed a gap in the trading space: platforms are either overloaded with complex features that intimidate beginners or too simplistic for experienced traders. We wanted to create a solution that bridges that gap — a tool that's powerful enough for pros but intuitive enough for anyone just starting their trading journey. With the rise of decentralized finance, we saw an opportunity to integrate blockchain technology to bring transparency, security, and accessibility to traditional trading.

What it does

TradePro is a smart trading assistant that provides real-time market data, customizable dashboards, and intelligent alerts. Users can track multiple assets, visualize trends through interactive charts, and receive personalized insights to make faster, more informed trading decisions — all in a clean, responsive interface. By leveraging blockchain, TradePro offers transparent transaction records, decentralized identity verification, and the ability to trade tokenized assets across multiple chains.We also have AI prediction integrated we used past data and with the help of ML we predict future stocks and crypto.

How we built it

We built TradePro using a modern tech stack:

Frontend: React.js with Tailwind CSS for a sleek, responsive UI Backend: Node.js and Express for fast API handling Database: MongoDB for flexible data storage Real-time data: WebSocket integration for live market updates Authentication: JWT-based secure user login + Web3 wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect) Blockchain: Smart contracts on Ethereum/Polygon for asset tokenization and trade settlement Charts: D3.js and TradingView widgets for interactive visualizations

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring real-time data syncing without latency issues — especially when integrating on-chain data with live market feeds. We also faced difficulties designing a dashboard that remains intuitive while offering deep customization. Balancing performance with feature richness required multiple rounds of optimization and user testing. Smart contract security audits and gas optimization were additional hurdles we had to overcome.

What we learned

We deepened our understanding of real-time data handling, WebSocket integration, and responsive design patterns. More importantly, we learned how to prioritize features based on user needs and iterate quickly under time constraints. Exploring blockchain integration taught us about smart contract development, gas optimization, and the importance of decentralized security. The importance of teamwork and clear communication was reinforced throughout the process.
