I built an app that's like Flighty for HTTPS to learn about customers apps before meetings. I've been using this to uncover:

• Which tools and services apps are using
• What cloud providers they're hosted on and where data is sent
• Raw request / response bodies to learn how app is architected, a/b tests being run, etc.

Other iOS network inspectors are great for debugging your own apps, but don't make it easy to research other apps.
