Touen CALL-E Operator GUI is a local, loopback-only demonstration of a CALL-E-powered appointment reminder workflow for tutoring centers (塾). Staff select a fixture booking, review a CALL-E call plan, approve via single-use Human Approval gate, and receive structured needs/handoff evidence — all with zero live calls, masked phones, and explicit LIVE_NOT_AUTHORIZED / AUTH_NOT_READY safety state.
