TouchMate is a Web Mobile Solution for Salesforce CRM. TouchMate enables anyone to access all of their Salesforce Apps and Tabs from a touch enabled device (tablets). To access TouchMate one would navigate to a designated Visualforce Page after login (http://login.salesforce.com/apex/mobileFlow), and TouchMate automatically loads all available Apps & Tabs into simple & intuitive menu. User can then tap Any Application they are interested and then select the Tab they want to navigate to. TouchMate then presents the user with split-view panels with the left panel populated with the list of objects (for that specific tab) and the right panel with details/actions/relatedlists. User can navigate between list entries by tapping the appropriate entry. User also has the ability to Edit/Create/Delete entries (per user's security settings) and can navigate to different apps/tabs very easily. TouchMate facilitates FULL DATABASE search for the objects and allows for easy pagination of results and page size changes.
It just took me a little under 80 hrs to build this solution, which shows the real power of Force.com for building complex applications with-in limited timelines, but with true power.
