Inspiration
As students, affordable housing is an important topic for us and our community. Rising rental costs in Toronto exacerbate the difficulty of obtaining a post-secondary education and magnifies the disparities between socioeconomic classes. Allowing education to be equitable for all is an initiative that hits close to home.
What our analysis looks at
Analyzes data to determine which Wards are more affordable, looking at different variables such as number of bedrooms.

Challenges we ran into
Connecting our findings to rental implications in the market. Due to time constraints, it was difficult to incorporate outside data sets into the real estate data in order to further our business insights.
