Inspiration

The inspiration behind TopoLock CRM is to provide businesses with an innovative CRM app that securely organizes and manages their contacts. The goal is to prioritize the security and integrity of data in today's interconnected world, where cyber threats are increasing

What it does

TopoLock CRM utilizes Pangea API's robust location verification technology to verify the locations of customers and suppliers. It offers a seamless solution for businesses to ensure they are communicating with the right people and that their contacts can be trusted. By integrating encryption protocols and multi-factor authentication, TopoLock CRM ensures the security of sensitive data

How we built it

I used the Pangea Embargo API, Secure Audit Log API, and User Intel API to develop the functionality of TopoLock, an app that focuses on security and compliance. It was built on top of Flask and Python, as Flask is great for prototyping a demo like this. The app is deployed to Heroku.

Challenges we ran into

Had to ask some questions in Slack, but the team was on hand to assist. I found the API Explorer especially handy when debugging and creating endpoints. That's a helpful feature.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am very proud of the small product I've managed to build during this hackathon. It kind of makes sense when I try to use it, especially when I realised insights while using the app.

What we learned

Pangea has a great security API that we can leverage for this and other projects going into the Future.

What's next for TopoLock

Overall, TopoLock CRM aims to provide businesses with a comprehensive CRM solution that prioritizes security and trust. By leveraging Pangea API's location verification technology, businesses can verify the authenticity of their contacts and engage in secure transactions

Maybe I will try build it out, even integrate some AI for good measure. But the sky is not the limit, it looks and feels good.
