Both Tappy and Pua were operating completely out of their wheelhouses, lacking the deep technical expertise typically required to architect a cloud-native platform. This journey became a frantic, collaborative learning experience where we were forced to figure it out together in real-time. By leaning heavily on an autonomous agentic stack, we bridged the gap between our lack of formal engineering backgrounds and our vision, collapsing months of traditional development into a high-velocity 8-day sprint.

The Infrastructure Hierarchy: Frontend: React and Tailwind CSS hosted on Vercel, utilizing a responsive Bento Grid design theme. Backend: Express.js deployed on Google Cloud Run to satisfy high-availability mandates. Database: Supabase PostgreSQL with strict Row Level Security (RLS) protecting sensitive user and booking data. AI Integration: The @google/genai SDK, calling Gemini 1.5 and 3.5 Flash with strict JSON output schemas for technical diagnostics. The build workflow utilized a specialized AI toolchain: AI Studio: The "Blueprint Lab" used for engineering the root-cause diagnostic logic.
