The team just noticed how students and community members participating with the Tommie Food Shelf can benefit from a central hub to guide them to available resources and volunteering opportunities. At the same, we also noticed the opportunity to alleviate the administrative burden for staff members with a streamlined hub. Really, at the core, we just want all parties concerned to have a better experience with the Tommie Food Shelf, and for the food shelf to deepen its impact on those experiencing food insecruity.
