Tom can assist you while executing a technical procedure, or help you query services on the Predix platform such as Time Series.
Use case example:
A group of field services engineers has a scheduled maintenance to perform in a Gas Plant, instead of packing with paper guides they have a headset with the Predix Bot - Tom.
Tom gives them the list of pending procedures to execute and assists step by step, when everything is done, Tom saves all the data in the Predix platform.
By making the maintenance procedures more efficient Tom saves time which translates to more energy produced.
