What it does
A Qwen 3.5 4B Model running via Apple's MLX-LM framework allowing on-device inference. A FastAPI harness built around it.
How we built it
I used Kiro to extend a base agent framework to perform heartbeat loops and self improve.
Challenges we ran into
I worked a bit with Overclaw from Overmind hooking it up to run against a local agent which took a bit of time since they had never done it before, think we we're the first!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It works!
What we learned
Kiro, Ghost and Overmind were all three great products to work with.
What's next for Tom Improves
