Inspiration

Crypto trading is full of hype, speed, and misinformation. Many users lose money not because they lack access to tools, but because they can’t quickly judge whether a token is safe or risky. We built TokenShield to reduce emotional trading (FOMO) and help users make safer decisions with clear AI-driven insights.

What it does

TokenShield analyzes crypto tokens and gives users a simple risk-based understanding of what they are investing in.

How we built it

We built TokenShield as a full-stack AI-powered web application.

Frontend: Dashboard for token input and results display Backend: Handles token data processing and risk logic AI layer: Generates risk insights and explanations in simple language System flow: User enters token → system analyzes signals → AI outputs risk score + explanation

Challenges we ran into

Turning complex crypto data into simple, understandable insights Defining what “risk” means for different types of tokens Avoiding overly technical outputs that confuse users Balancing speed of analysis with meaningful accuracy Designing for both beginners and experienced traders
