Inspiration
Traditional Tò He (Viet Nam) sculpting meets AI from a playful way to preserve folk art while unleashing unlimited creativity.
What it does
TOHE lets anyone sculpt virtual clay in 3D, learn traditional shapes, and save their unique masterpieces without fear of judgment.
How we built it
We built TOHE on MeDo using natural language prompts, Three.js for 3D rendering, and Supabase for the museum gallery.
Challenges we ran into
Getting stable 3D canvas and screenshot saving to work across mobile browsers required multiple prompt iterations.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
A fully functional no-code creative app where kids and adults freely express themselves through digital folk sculpture.
What we learned
MeDo excels at building interactive prototypes quickly, but complex 3D interactions need very clear, step-by-step instructions.
What's next for TOHE
Add AI-generated shape suggestions, voice-guided tutorials, and export to Android/iOS as a real app.
