Social acceptance is the biggest challenge faced by people impacted with mental wellness along with anxiety, depression, stress, panic. A platform is needed within ELC for those beauty consumers suffering from mental illness, where they can come out of their fears and challenges and acquire the sense of social acceptability.

Solution

Social acceptance and assistance in their daily routine are the two support pillars for physically and mentally challenged community. We have leveraged these two pillars to develop our solution for ELC beauty consumers. Develop a Community Portal which focusses on mental wellness for ELC consumers by using the app to converse with either a robot or with other ELC consumers (Volunteer) anytime when they are feeling low or depressed and wants to talk to someone & also help in the shopping journey. The Community Portal will also provide options for online therapy sessions with Professional counsellors and listening to audio guides for boosting mental wellness. The ELC Volunteer who is helping with the shopping journey for a disabled person gets reward points that can be used to buy ELC product on discounts
