Inspiration
The idea of the platform is inspired by seeing the troubles facing by the tenants in searching houses.
What it does
The platform makes the process easy for searching houses by the tenants and also makes the process easy for owners to sell their houses and to provide for rent. It provides two different login credentials for tenants and house owners. The owner can add any number of houses for selling and for rent along with images. If then the tenant satisfies with the house details they can contact the owner with the details provided. In details images of the house, address, along with details of owner to contact. If the house is sold or already given for rent then the owner can change the status of the house as occupied or vaccant.
For making the process easy we provided the search process based on the requirements needed like cost and location. This reduces time for tenants by avoiding physical search process.
How we built it
Html,css,javascript for frontend and php for backend these technologies are used for developing a website.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges we ran into are in knowing the requirements of tenants and meeting them accordingly with the details providing by house owners.

We learned how to create a website with team work and we have done upto the best,The coordination among team members may to do this sucessfully
What's next for To-let rental System (Tech Riders)
After this we want to do more updates in our website like implement live location for tracking the houses.
