To-Do to Done

Inspiration

When brainstorming in virtual meetings, creative collaboration is still possible. However, once the meeting ends, people move on to the next thing and shift focus. Ideas and tasks that need to be done may fall through the cracks. Ultimately, by letting these trains of thought fall through the cracks, project outcomes suffer.

What it does

As teams discuss projects in video conferencing and messaging, AI recommends suggested to-do items and automatically adds them to a centralized dashboard. This system allows history-tracking and sharing across teams. Updates are provided to teams through their preferred method of communication. The software is easy to learn and easy to use.

How we built it

I constructed wireframes in Figma of possible prototypes. I also created a PowerPoint to explain my pitch.

Challenges we ran into

Narrowing in on an interesting problem and solution was initially difficult.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I completed a few wireframe prototypes and a PowerPoint to illustrate my concept.

What we learned

I learned how to make wireframes in Figma.

What's next for To-Do to Done

Next, development of the actual product and user testing for small groups can begin.
