Studies show, according to the Adobe Blog, that “modern” workers not only want flexibility but also want tools to help them become more productive and efficient employees. 70% of Gen Z employees said that they would switch jobs if they didn’t have access tools that would allow them to work more productively. Although how can we do that? Companies in Indonesia sought to find a solution for this problem. Through multiple studies in 40 different companies they had found that nonmonetary rewards served as a boost of productivity for most employees.

Our product is a responsive website that helps its users track their tasks with a progress bar. Essentially when the bar goes up, it brings you closer to completion. This productivity bar is meant to serve as a motivation to its users. It helps users stay productive and on task because the progress bar acts like a little reward. When you finally complete all your tasks it makes you feel good and accomplished, which makes users want to complete more.
