Inspiration

In our fast-paced lives, keeping track of tasks and deadlines can be difficult. So, we wanted to create a solution that simplifies this process, making it easier to stay organized and productive. Our inspiration came from the need for a versatile to-do list tool that offers both functionality and flexibility, catering to different user preferences and needs.

What it does

Our to-do list website offers a streamlined way to manage tasks with several key features: Task Management: Easily create, edit, and delete tasks with descriptions. Deadlines: Set deadlines for tasks to ensure timely completion. Google Login: Quickly sign in using your Google account for a seamless experience. Guest Feature: Use the to-do list without the need for an account, making it accessible for everyone.

How we built it

We built the website using a combination of modern technologies: Frontend: Developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create a responsive and user-friendly interface. Authentication: Integrated Google OAuth for secure and convenient login options. Hosting: Deployed on Github for reliable performance and scalability.

Challenges we ran into

During the development process, we faced several challenges: Authentication Integration: Ensuring a smooth integration of Google OAuth required careful handling of user data and permissions. User Interface Design: Creating an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI that works well on both desktop and mobile devices posed design challenges. Guest Mode Functionality: Implementing a guest feature that maintains functionality without requiring user accounts was complex and required effective data management strategies.
