Inspiration
Using Scrum methodology to develop Software Projects made us to think that this could also be used in day to day life, so that users could organize their to do lists in a better manner.
What it does
It allows user to divide his to so lists into Epics and Stories. It is connected to a web server to which user could log in using our identification protocol. The tasks he save are synchronized.
How we built it
We built it using go, mysql and gin.
Challenges we ran into
All the technologies we used were new to us, so learning them was a challenge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
That the server is running successfully and is able to save users and their sessions.
What we learned
Everything that we did to built this, we learnt them in 24 hours.
What's next for To Do List Backend
User will be able to set estimated time to complete the task and compare it with the time he actually took. This will help him to plan better in future. User will also share be able to his to do list with others in case of group projects. User will be able to set point system to keep track of amount of work different members of group are doing.
