Inspiration
Hearing Debussy's Clair de Lune evoked thoughts of Romanticism and nihilism, and also brought to mind recent events in my life involving the bonds of friendship and existentialist philosophical reflections on nihilism.
What it does
The story tells of a robot implanted with a destruction program entering a world of an old-model AI healing robot, where it finds itself experiencing various identities and emotions, forming a bond with the AI robot. Survival or destruction: His choice is to sacrifice himself, facing the void with the bond of living. The story reconsiders the question of To be,or not to be.
