I live in a different city from my family, and although I work remotely, my colleagues are also spread across various cities and countries. Every weekend, my family and I hop on a video call to catch up and share stories. But letβs be honestβit sometimes gets a bit monotonous. Thatβs when I had a spark of an idea: what if I could turn these calls into laugh-filled, unforgettable moments? Thatβs how TNTL β Try Not To Laugh Video Call Game was born! π Itβs a game where we compete to make each other laugh with our creative antics, transforming ordinary video calls into epic fun. π

TNTL is a turn-based video call game designed to tickle your funny bone! π The goal? Make everyone laugh during your turn! For each person who laughs, you score +1 point. The mission is simpleβget to the top of the leaderboard and reign as the ultimate laughter champion! π
π How We Built It
- Amazon Q was our secret weapon, especially its agent capabilities. The dev features were a lifesaver, magically transforming prompts into working game code! β¨
- WebRTC and socket.io powered the real-time video and communication.
- EC2 and Amazon API Gateway held it all together.

WebRTC was a bit tricky at first π , but thanks to Amazon Qβs guidance and suggestions, we navigated the complexities of real-time video with ease.
