Inspiration

We all have terrible attention spans.

What it does

It summarizes the text on a website in the voice of a given character.

How we built it

We built a chrome extension, built the pop up window, then built the hook into OpenAI, and then built the banner with the response.

Challenges we ran into

It took forever to get a useable output from OpenAI. It refused to connect for the longest time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the openai hook, as it took a long time to get the exact input and to get a useable output.

What's next for TL:DR

Making it run much faster, and making the UI look cleaner.
