Inspiration
Modern education separates academic disciplines into distinct, isolated subjects. However, from a fundamental biochemical perspective, all matter, living systems, physical phenomena, and human interactions are composed of the same fundamental particles and 118 chemical elements. Inspired by this unified reality, "Scientist Subject 1st Edition" was created to revolutionize traditional education by grounding all learning in particle theory and active scientific research from the ground up.
What it does
Conceptualized by researcher MD. Abu Hujaif (Alexy Layho), "Scientist Subject 1st Edition" establishes an integrated, particle-based educational framework:
- Connects 19 major academic disciplines—including Religion, Language, Physics, Biology, Economics, and Engineering—to fundamental particle interaction models.
- Proposes a simplified particle-based numerical naming system (e.g., Hydrogen = 1, Lithium = 2, Sodium = 3) to streamline learning and memorization.
- Introduces a semester-based "Scientist Grade" progression (Grade 1 Scientist to Grade 24 Scientist) spanning primary to higher education.
- Embeds real-world research methodologies directly into daily learning, enabling students to become active researchers rather than passive learners.
How we built it
The framework was formulated through interdisciplinary analysis drawing from Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Particle Physics at the University of Science and Technology, Chittagong (USTC). By reducing macro-level phenomena (from economics and sociology to cellular biology) to elementary particle interactions, a unified learning structure was developed.
Challenges we faced
Structuring complex quantum and particle interaction theories into psychological and age-appropriate learning models suitable for early childhood through higher education.
What's next for "Scientist Subject"
Designing standardized curriculum modules for early semesters, developing interactive educational tools for particle-based learning, and seeking academic collaborations to pilot the research-integrated curriculum.
