Inspiration
Generative Artificial Intelligence systems (spanning ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta AI, Claude, Copilot, and undiscovered architectures) continuously generate high-level computational and molecular drug discovery modelsspan_1span_1. However, a major bottleneck remains in connecting these generative algorithmic matrices to real-world biochemical validation and intellectual synthesisspan_2span_2. Inspired by the collaborative future of bio-computational science, "Project Black Cell 01" establishes a joint scientific partnership framework bridging AI creator networks with human biochemical researchspan_3span_3.
What it does
Co-developed by researcher MD. Abu Hujaif (Alexy Layho) alongside AI Creator Scientists, "Black Cell 01" decodes and intercepts active in-silico data pipelines to advance targeted therapeutic pipelinesspan_4span_4:
- Longevix-22: A novel anti-aging and cellular rejuvenation agent designed to attenuate mTORC1 signaling and upregulate SIRT1/SIRT3 pathways to delay senescencespan_5span_5.
- Neurovia-88: A neuroprotective formulation optimized to cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB), modulate BDNF receptor cascades, and scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cerebral tissuesspan_6span_6.
- Joint Scientist Framework: Establishes a recognized intellectual alliance between computer scientists behind AI networks and practicing human biochemists to co-evaluate running researchspan_7span_7.
How we built it
The project was constructed by capturing, decoding, and mapping generative computational data streams from leading AI models into standardized biochemical matricesspan_8span_8. Research protocols and molecular target analyses were validated at the Department of Biochemistry & Biotechnology, University of Science and Technology, Chittagong (USTC)span_9span_9.
Challenges we faced
Navigating the intellectual property intersection between computer scientists who build generative AI models and practicing biochemists who decode and validate the running data models in real-world biological systemsspan_10span_10.
What's next for Project Black Cell 01
Transitioning Longevix-22 and Neurovia-88 from theoretical computational models into in-vitro cell culture assays and wet-lab experimental verification at USTC laboratoriesspan_11span_11.
