Inspiration

Modern physics and chemistry utilize specialized tools like mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, and particle accelerators to identify elements down to fundamental subatomic particlesspan_1span_1. However, living biological systems are rarely analyzed or controlled at this subatomic scale in real-timespan_2span_2. Inspired by bridging quantum physics with biotechnology, "Biochem 01" was conceptualized to extend subatomic detection and modification technologies directly into living organismsspan_3span_3.

What it does

Developed by researcher MD. Abu Hujaif (Alexy Layho), "Biochem 01" is a theoretical bio-physics technology that provides real-time detection, tracking, and modification inside living tissuespan_4span_4:

  • Three-Level Detection System: Scans every molecule in living cells, breaks down molecules to identify constituent atoms, and traces atoms down to all known subatomic particlesspan_5span_5.
  • Particle-Level Disease Diagnostics: Identifies cellular abnormalities and molecular defects before physical symptoms manifestspan_6span_6.
  • Direct Subatomic Therapy: Corrects disease causes and repairs damaged biological molecules at the particle level without relying on standard drug pathwaysspan_7span_7.
  • Cellular Rejuvenation: Controls metabolic and genetic processes to delay aging through direct subatomic particle manipulationspan_8span_8.

How we built it

The theoretical model was synthesized through interdisciplinary research combining Quantum Sensing, Nanorobotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Biotechnology at the University of Science and Technology, Chittagong (USTC)span_9span_9. By integrating analytical physical frameworks with cellular biochemistry, a complete biological "particle-map" system was designedspan_10span_10.

Challenges we faced

Developing theoretical quantum-sensing mechanisms capable of isolating subatomic particle frequencies within volatile living biological environments without causing cellular disruptionspan_11span_11.

What's next for Biochem 01

Simulating bio-compatible quantum-sensing arrays, conducting computational dynamics studies on subatomic particle tracking in living tissue, and exploring AI-driven nanorobotics models for target modificationspan_12span_12.
