What inspired us

Experience which we had after working with multiple clients and their requirements related to SLA , Routing.

What it does

Provides a smart solution for traditional SLA and Routing

Challenges we ran into

Providing a customizable and reusable true component which any application can just plug and configure.

What we learned

Wide range of Pega concepts which we have only read, were put into practical usage with this hackathon project.

What's next for Titans

Willing to participate on the upcoming Hackathons as well with the experience we have gained from this attempt.
