Tire Flex Scheduler is a web application that efficiently manages tire service appointments. The app features a monthly calendar for an overview, a daily schedule section for detailed planning, and a statistics section to monitor profits and losses in real-time.

Our program's optimization algorithm is crafted to strategically maximize profitability, offering businesses a nuanced and precise scheduling strategy. Users can seamlessly toggle between our advanced method and the traditional FIFO approach, witnessing the live dynamics of profit and loss statistics.

How We Built it

We built Tire Flex Scheduler using a collaborative approach, with separate teams handling backend development, database management, and frontend UI design. The core logic involves parsing CSV data, implementing scheduling algorithms, and updating a database with relevant information. The frontend was carefully designed to provide an intuitive user experience, allowing users to interact seamlessly with the scheduling and statistics features.

Our commitment to serving businesses of all sizes led us to craft Tire Flex Scheduler as a lightweight, serverless, and self-contained solution. This intentional design ensures easy setup, even for those with limited tech expertise. To achieve this, we strategically employed SQLite as our DBMS, implemented an intuitive UI design for seamless interaction, and provided comprehensive documentation guiding users on the straightforward setup of our product.

Challenges We Ran Into
