  Help Delivery Workers Fundraise

What it does

This application helps provide delivery drivers a way to connect their GoFundMe fundraisers to the food delivery apps they work for. Now food orders can find out what issues their drivers are facing, and generous users can help pitch in.

How we built it

Database: Microsoft Azure's Cosmo DB Backend: Flask/Node Frontend: Angular/Bootstrap

Challenges we ran into

• Losing a member
• Lack of publicly available food delivery service API's
• Testing the browser extension to be used on the website

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• Creating a functional web application that helps users create accounts and connect their GoFundMe's
• Creating a browser extension

What we learned

• Using Chrome's API for web extensions
• Using Azure Web services

What's next for Tipper

• Improve the UI/UX layout
• Implement more functionality with the browser extension
• Working with Food Delivery Apps/GoFundMe to get data about drivers and fundraisers.
