Inspiration

We all have applied via LinkedIn at some point of time. This project aims to have at least one flow i.e to Post a job and then users can apply to the job posted.

What it does

Currently this project just allows users to post a job and then other peers can come and apply to the jobs

How we built it

This is built with Next.js and supabase.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge we ran into is the people feed. Which is currently not even implemented as of now.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

User can post about their job and other users can simply apply to those on a click of a button. This also indicates if user has already applied to the job

Database connections, RLS, Storage objects, SSR with the help of Next

What's next for Job Post

It has many things which can be added to it. We can simply build a whole ecosystem for job seekers and providers. This can be a platform which will have job listings, employers can add online assesments. We can also help in application evaluation using the data which we have for that applicant and many such things.
