Inspiration
My brother who has down syndrome and used outdated and low budget communication tech in school since the school did not care enough to spend money on the Special Needs program.
What it does
It has a table of 72 images that users can click and the computer will speak the word back to them.
How we built it
Using a flask as the backend with python that communicated to our frontend consisting of javascript, html, and css.
Challenges we ran into
The frontend had trouble communicating with our frontend.

Pushing through and spending all night debugging to create an accessible communication tool for those who cannot express themselves
