Inspiration

In the vain of Rick n Morty we wanted a game that combined comedy and sci-fi horror. Take a trip from the stomach to the colon battling horrish baby tapeworms and the final boss battle against momma tapeworm.

What it does

We give are player the controls a nanobot robot armed with a saw blade and a laser arm. Your bot is free floating the world that is your butt hole. Fun times.

How we built it

Modeling was done in either Maya or Zbrush. For textures I used Painter, Mudbox, and Photoshop. Props and NPC were rigged in Maya and animated in Cinema 4D. Game build was Unreal.

Challenges we ran into

We lost two team members day one but with we two remaining we took to what we do. The VR build was probably the trickiest part. coalition and laser beam being the trickiest.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Tapeworm textures came out way better than I was expecting and the animation on are saw blade is pretty super swag.

What we learned

A lot of new tricks in Unreal. Too call something done when it isn't and the magic of friendship.

What's next for Timmy's Tapeworm

We're hoping to get this bad ass game finished and up steam.
