Inspiration

We are a team that is well versed in the world of games, and so when the opportunity came about to work on something for a game like Dead by Daylight we jumped on the opportunity

What it does

In essence it estimates the time you may take in queue to get into a game based on your conditions. But we put our own little spin on it

How we built it

We used python for the machine learning algorithms that power the estimation engine, as well as the flask framework to get the web app up and running. For the rest it was a combination of HTML and CSS

Challenges we ran into

The team at Behaviour was not able to provide us with their full data set to train our AI. This resulted in the team having to make a set of mock data that was accurate enough to maintain a fair and efficient AI model. This extra challenge pushed us to our limits, allowing the team to showcase their skills despite being under pressure.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Not only was the team able to make use of AI in such a short amount of time, but the web development process was carried out using new techniques like Flask.
