Often overlooked, time perception can be monitored for being in a healthy state of mind. Poor perceptions of time are associated with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Schizophrenia, Huntington's disease, and ADHD. People with a poor sense of time do not realize this, as they believe that their sense of time is the same as everyone else's. This app helps regulate that by setting a global standard for time perception.

Targeted towards elders (who more frequently suffer from the diseases above), this app is extremely intuitive and simple to use. No other health app out there provides a sense of time analysis with a single button press.

Lastly, this app helps break down Digital Health discrimination. Digital Health is often discriminatory in the sense that it is either expensive to use, or difficult to use. Lower income households are not able to afford different health monitoring technology, although they are statistically more in danger of disease. Older members of society often struggle using new technology, so using health trackers like the FitBit is out of the question for them. No other digital health app is this universally accessible or this simple to use.
