Time Management

Inspiration

This project was inspired by the theme education, but I chose not to make something that teaches something, but rather a tool to help with other learning

What it does

It allows you to open a link for a certain amount of time, it lets you manage your time, and it helps you practice estimating the time tasks will take.

How I built it

I used HTML and CSS to make a website introducing it and giving it a download, I then made a python app with custom tkinter and selenium that opens a URL for a certain amount of time

Challenges I ran into

I struggled at every step of the way because I tried to start in javascript, a language in which I am not prolific but then I switched to python, where I have much more experience.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that it works, it was a lot of work and a lot of errors,=.

What we learned

A small but expandable idea is much better than a big but unachievable one.

What's next for Time Management

I may continue to work on it, especially making it usable on mac.
