The livestream eCommerce industry in China generated over USD400 bil (MYR 2.24 tril) in 2022 (greater than MY 2022 GDP of RM1.79 tril) and research firm eMarketer predicts a 30% increase in sales from livestreaming itself.

What it does

We'll use one of the brands that I'm working on, Lucky Maxx, as a test subject to tap into the eCommerce livestreaming industry using TikTok as a platform.

Data Set

Set up and strategize livestream sessions 1 month before hackathon

Expected Outcome

  • RM5k revenue generated for the brand prior to hackathon (this may change as more research/data identified for what would be an appropriate target revenue for the brand)
  • 5 livestream sessions/week
