Inspiration

Inspired by the difficulty of meeting new friends as a freshman (or an upperclassmen) when arriving to campus and having to isolate in quarantine for over a week :(

What it does

Our web app allows users to see which students are actively on a walk and gives the ability to contact them to meet up.

How we built it

Built using Flask framework along with HTML, CSS, and Javascript for the frontend and SQLAlchemy as a database

Integrating database with frontend making it update automatically when user enters information. Learning new skills

More features like seeing locations of walkers on the map and searching for specific groups by Class or Major.
