Tidy The House Up

💡 Inspiration

Cleaning the house and staying organized is much easier with a little help. Tidy The House Up is an easy and gratifying way to keep you motivated while cleaning the house. With this project, you can plan your cleaning activities, track progress, and share done tasks with the community. For each task completed, you will receive points that can be transformed into rewards at the end of the week.

Make your routine more manageable with tasks that are easy to follow. Share your results with friends and earn rewards at the end of the week.

💻 How it Works?

Users need to Login/Signup
Every morning when they wake up, they see the list of added rooms
They need to click the picture of every room and if the room is messy, the ML model will mark it as messy otherwise, it will be marked as Clean.
The messy rooms will be added to the To Clean list.
Whenever the user will clean that room, he/she has to upload its picture again so that our Model can check that it's Monica Clean.
Users can share their clean room pictures with their friends where they would be rewarded for every room cleaned.

We are using Hedera’s testnet to make a decentralized chatroom. Hedera is a decentralized public network that utilizes the Hashgraph consensus algorithm to overcome the traditional limitations of blockchain and allow one to create the next era of fast, fair, and secure applications.

Using GitHub issues for managing the tasks at hand and assigning it to the responsible person, we were able to remotely collaborate with each other smoothly.
Using PRs, we were able to maintain a Clean and Meaningful Git history, and using Code reviews, we're able to maintain the quality of the software.
Using GitHub projects we were able to effectively and efficiently manage the workflow of all the features of our project.
GitHub makes it easy to implement the CI/CD workflow and makes the deployment process easy.

🧠 Challenges we ran into

Setting up the CI/CD workflow was a challenge because we had not done that before.
Working with Hedera’s testnet was a challenge because it was a new technology but we were able to implement it.
