Inspiration
For years, I watched talented real estate agents lose deals, not because they couldn’t sell houses, but because their marketing looked unprofessional. They were wasting hours in Canva, paying $200 per post to designers, or settling for low-engagement iPhone photos. I wanted to fix that imbalance and give every agent access to marketing that makes them look as good as they really are.
What it does
Tidit instantly turns property details into professional, scroll-stopping social media posts. Agents simply enter a few details—address, price, features, and photos—and Tidit automatically generates polished “Just Listed,” “Just Sold,” “Open House,” and personal branding posts. Each design is optimized using real estate-specific templates proven to boost engagement and win clients.
How we built it
I researched thousands of successful real estate posts, analyzed design trends, and studied social media algorithms to understand what makes content perform. Then we trained Tidit’s AI engine to combine that knowledge with real estate-specific templates. The result is a tool that delivers agency-level design in seconds, with no design skills required.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge was balancing automation with personalization. Realtors don’t want cookie-cutter posts—they want designs that reflect their brand. We solved this by building customization layers into Tidit, so every output feels unique while still following the proven engagement formula. Another challenge was speed; we optimized the system so it generates content in seconds.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Built a system that produces agency-quality marketing in less than 30 seconds.
- Created designs that agents actually love to use, because they feel modern and professional.
- Early users have already saved hours of weekly marketing time and reported higher engagement on social media.
What we learned
We learned that agents don’t just want “templates.” They want confidence. Confidence that their marketing looks professional, consistency in their posting, and credibility with their audience. We also learned that simplicity is key—every extra step reduces adoption, so speed and ease of use became our north stars.
What's next for tidit
We’re expanding Tidit beyond listings. Next up: automated client testimonial posts, market update graphics, and neighborhood spotlights—all designed to build personal brand authority. We’re also exploring direct publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, so agents can go from idea to live post in one tap.
