The world today

A dose in a note. A reminder in a calendar. Bloodwork in a PDF. A question saved as a screenshot. Each item is manageable. Keeping the record together is the job nobody wanted.

Tiding is a native iPhone GLP-1 and peptide tracker built around that everyday work. The shorthand is “Duolingo for peptides”: a routine that is clear, approachable and fun to return to.

For Shipaton, we are entering the Grand Prize, RevenueCat Design Award, HAMM Award, RevenueCat Peace Prize and the Influencer Award in Yoga & Fitness (Simone Sharice).

What the experience should feel like

Open the app and know what comes next. See the scheduled dose, amount, time and injection site. Log what you took and keep the history. Lock Screen reminders show the compound and your saved amount. Vial tracking shows the remaining estimate and warns when the vial is running low. Bloodwork and weight records sit alongside dose history.

The record should still matter when the routine changes. Tiding carries the same history into supplements and maintenance instead of asking the user to start over.

Why the gap still exists

Most products solve one slice of the problem. A reminder gets you through the next dose. A chart helps you look back. Supplement tracking often lives somewhere else. People have to piece those records together themselves.

The category can also feel built for people who already speak the language of performance biohacking. We wanted Tiding to feel welcoming to women who do not identify with performance-first biohacking culture, as well as anyone who finds health tracking intimidating. That shaped the brief: plain language, a calm visual hierarchy, warm details and a companion with personality, instead of another wall of numbers.

Our insight

The product gets better when the record stays continuous. Today should be simple. Detail should be available when the user asks for it. Estimates should look like estimates. Missing measurements should stay missing. Source information should remain visible.

That is the system behind Tiding: daily guidance on the surface, history and context underneath, then a path into maintenance when the original routine changes.

Why us

We are a bootstrapped two-person team, one founder in Germany and one in Romania. We have built products together before, and both of us have been interested in biohacking for years. One of us got interested in the space through Tim Ferriss a decade ago and later became an early Andrew Huberman devotee. Our previous project was demanding enough that we both became much more conscious of what building hard can cost you physically. A serious car crash in West Africa in 2023 reinforced that lesson for one of us, and a prediabetes diagnosis for the other.

We built Tiding because we knew the culture, felt the administrative drag ourselves, and thought the category could be much easier to live with.

Tiding uses SwiftUI, RevenueCat and StoreKit with a small Cloudflare backend. Core tracking is local-first. Accounts, syncing and HealthKit are optional.

Tiding is for tracking, organization and education, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The film and screenshots use illustrative demo records.
