It's time we come out and say it: women’s bodies function biologically differently from men’s — and these differences have long been overlooked. We often fail to recognize that health is influenced by a variety of interconnected factors. Women in particular, face unique challenges shaped by cycles, hormones, and daily pressures. In fact, a global study of 3.3 million women found that the menstrual cycle has a stronger influence on mood, behavior, and vital signs than daily or seasonal patterns (ex: sleep/wake cycle).
